YASC ‘Prepare and Share’ a Mexican Meal

Join us for a festive Yale Alumni Service Corps Mexican meal…prepared by you! We will be making enchiladas verdes, a traditional Mexican dish with a unique flavor and a very long history dating back to the Mayas. Their delicious taste has made them a popular menu in Mexico and other parts of the world. We will also learn how to make ponche de manzana (apple punch) and platanos flameados con ron (flamed plantains with rum). You will receive the recipes and shopping list a few days before the event.
