You can help with ongoing initiatives by joining one of our subcommittees.

Career Development Committee develops and collaborates with other affinity groups and departments at Yale to strengthen professional relationships, leadership skills, and support career advancement.

Communications Committee informs Yale Latino Employees and broader community about YLNG programs and other events of interest to our members and the Yale community, through newsletter, emails, website, and Facebook updates.

Community Service Committee contributes to organizations and schools in the Greater New Haven community through partnership and fundraising.

Programming and Events Committee coordinates logistics for all YLNG and YLNG sponsored activities and events.

Membership Committee is responsible for outreach to the Yale community and increasing membership.
