On Monday, November 30th, the Yale Latino Networking Group and Future Leaders of Yale hosted Efrain Nieves for a virtual cooking demonstration. 42 attendees tuned in to learn how to make seafood mariscada and mofongo. Chef Efrain is the owner of Tata’s Restaurant in Wallingford, CT.
