Gaining experience in administrative roles is a great starting point, as it helps you build essential organizational and communication skills. If you could do it all over again, would you choose the same path for yourself? If not, what would you change?
Yes, I would choose the same path. Working at Yale has been a rewarding experience, and I’ve grown both professionally and personally. If I could change anything, I might have explored HR-related certifications or training earlier to deepen my knowledge and expertise.
