Boni Candelario is a Training Support Specialist in the Organizational Effectiveness and Staff Development department within Yale Human Resources. She has worked at Yale for seven years and was recently named Co-Chair for the Yale Latino Networking Group. At Yale, she has created sought after strategic career programming to empower individuals to navigate their career, go outside of their comfort zone, and communicate their value and skills.
Since 2009, Boni has managed her blog, Coach’m Up (www.coachmup.com), Career Strategy and Empowerment for Women and recently she authored and published an e-book, Career Strategy for Bloggers: How to Use Your Blogging Skills for Offline Success based on her coaching work with Bloggers and Social Media Managers. Boni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University.
