The workshop will bring students to Yale’s Center for Engineering, Innovation and Design to introduce them to the principles of design. Students will learn about the engineering process and how to focus on user needs, think creatively and critically about the hidden aspects of design in our world, learn to brainstorm and work individually and in groups, learn how to prototype their ideas, and take a tour of Yale’s CEID.
