Professor Zoë Chance helps successful people learn simple ways to increase their influence so they can get more of what they want and do great things in the world. Zoë’s course, Mastering Influence and Persuasion, is one of the most oversubscribed courses at the School of Management, and she shares its practical wisdom with organizations and conferences around the world, including TEDx. She also consults for firms and non-profits on how to nudge behavior change. Her 4 Ps Framework for Behavior Change is the foundation for Google’s food program, helping 60,000 people make healthier choices every day. Prior to her engagement at Yale, Zoë marketed a $200 million segment of the Barbie brand at Mattel, helped develop an executive education leadership program at Harvard, and acted on stage and film. She received her bachelor’s degree from Haverford College, MBA from the University of Southern California, and her doctorate from Harvard.
